About Us
DeDe and Chris
Our Story: Born out of a passion for hospitality and a love for the mountains, Papillon 05 has been a cherished project for us. I (Chris) am a retired megayacht chef who has sailed all over the world, cooking for some of the most demanding clients. I was born in Scotland and grew up in France. My wife (DeDe), a yoga teacher from Los Angeles, brings her expertise and warmth to our home. Together, we are delighted to share our sanctuary with travelers from around the world, offering a cozy retreat that feels like home away from home.
